North Country Conservancy is a land trust (non-profit public charity) dedicated to the preservation of natural resources, wildlife habitat, open space, historic, and geologic features primarily (but not limited to) located in Arizona for the enjoyment of current and future generations. Efforts to achieve this mission include:

• Protect and restore the Arizona land known as Daisy Mountain and the adjacent related parcels as open space, which offers access to people and wildlife;
• Engage in and promote conservation, education, and scientific study regarding natural resources and environmentally sensitive lands;
• Provide assistance to other organizations and groups with a similar mission;
• Advocate sound land use policy; and
• Foster increased appreciation and understanding of natural resources.

To support this purpose, we engage in and promote education regarding natural resources and environmentally sensitive lands. Through working with school students and community groups, we foster increased appreciation and understanding of our county's natural resources.
